Right from the beginning; Iris was showing signs of potential dream pop brilliance.
Danielle's voice is more upfront on this earlier release as the only performing vocalist on these tracks.
The instrumentation was a little more rudimentary in production; but nevertheless showing the great shoegazing soundscapes Iris would continue to build upon on in more recent releases.
A great primer for what was to come next.
Enjoyable and pleasurable as a "building block."
